This is a very well-made crucifixion scene with hand carved wooden pieces and the figure of Jesus from a Holy Card and an INRI plaque above His head. On one side of the cross piece is a carved roster, and on the other side are three wooden nails. The cross has ornately carved end pieces on the cross arm and the top of the cross. On the base in front for the cross is a tall chalice with red wine color painted inside. On one side of the chalice is a mallet with a long handle and on the other is a pair of wooden pliers. On the right side of the base are three dice stacked in a triangle shape. On the left side is a pot with 30 drawn on representing the 30 pieces of silver. On the ends of each side of the base are two wooden torches with red yarn to represent the flame. A long spear and a long sponge is mounted beside the cross and angles out to touch the ends of the cross piece from Jesus' hands. On the back side of the base is a flail made from wood and the rope is white thread twisted around the handle. There is a wooden ladder with 6 rungs leaning against the cross. The base sits in a bed of moss like foliage.
The bottle is sealed with a long wooden dowel. The bottle top is carved at angles. Small white thread is tied around the angles of the top and come down to wrap around the neck of the bottle.
